The store advertises the M1X MacBook Pro 2021 using concept renders

A store in Paraguay has started advertising Apple’s mini-LED MacBook Pro that is rustling using a concept someone created on Twitter.

Honestly hilarious episode pointed out Ian Zelbo, also known as RendersbyIan. Zelbo is known for his work in the Apple community, often in partnership with Jon Prosser to give us a unique look at upcoming devices like the iPhone 14 and rumors of a new MacBook Air.

Shopping China Importados, a Paraguay outlet, has a billboard with a “MacBook Pro 2021,” which it says is a “super-charged Apple M1X chip”. One commenter noted that the trade is well known in the country and that this is not the first time this has happened.

Apparently, the store doesn’t have such a device on its website because it doesn’t exist … yet. More rumors suggest that Apple will unveil an exciting new MacBook Pro later this year. It is expected to have a redesigned chassis, the return of some ports like HDMI and an SD card slot, and a new mini-LED screen like the one introduced in the M1 iPad Pro (2021) earlier this year.

According to reports, the new Apple Silicone (M1X) is on its way and could bring huge performance improvements. Since the big data leak at the beginning of the year:

A new report claims that Apple’s next MacBook Pro will have Apple’s 10-core silicon chip and support up to 64GB of RAM.

From Bloomberg:

… Apple is planning two different chips, codenamed Jade C-Chop and Jade C-Die: both include eight high-performance cores and two energy-efficient cores for a total of 10, but will be offered in 16 or 32 graphics basic variations. The chips also include up to 64 gigabytes of memory versus a maximum of 16 on the M1. It will have an improved Neural Engine, which handles machine learning tasks and allows the addition of multiple Thunderbolt ports, allowing users to sync data and connect to external devices, two of the current on the current M1 MacBook Pro.

Apple’s next best MacBook is likely to appear before the end of the year, but it’s definitely not on sale in Paraguay yet. We promise.
