Kanto has introduced a pair of high-quality speaker stands that he says can help clarify the sound of your sound system, isolate vibrations, and even organize some of your clutter in cables. The floor stand for the Kanto SX series speakers is available in two sizes: 22 inches and 26 inches.

Floor speaker stands for the Kanto SX series

The new Kanto SX series floor mounts give it an unobtrusive look and come in black or white. They can accommodate different speaker sizes – up to 40 pounds each. The stands offer vibration isolation, cable management and other useful features.

Kanto said that his exclusive insulation system “separates the stands from the floor for top audio performance”. Two top panels are included to adjust a wide range of speaker sizes. Foam coating for additional sound attenuation is optional.

Heavy base plates are equipped with Kant’s customized insulation system.

The spikes can be adjusted from the top of the base, making it easy to level the stand. The level of the bull’s eye is included. Heavy baseboards provide stability and reduce the resonance of the stand to improve sound quality.

“We’ve developed a custom insulation system for the SX series housed in hexagonal holes in the bottom of the stand,” said Jason Zavarella, Kanto’s product manager. “It consists of a custom-made silicone sleeve, paired with a cast metal case. The composition allows the spikes of black oxide-coated carpets to support the stands without physically touching the base. Without metal-to-metal contact, users can be sure that vibrations that have somehow not been damped through the mass of the stand will not reach your floor or enter the room. ”

Cable management, stability

The Kanto SX series stands contain a cable management channel so you can hide the speaker cables. The canal can accommodate several thick cables, the company said.

The racks are supplied with bags that can be filled with a material (substrate) of the user’s choice to ensure extra weight and stability.

The Kanto SX series of speakers carries a two-year manufacturer’s warranty.
