Nintendo Switch OLED Stock: The latest stock updates and how to find them

Source: iMore

The Nintendo Switch OLED has finally come out after months of waiting. This device does not have more processing power than previous versions of the Switch, but OLED has several differences compared to the original Switch. First, it has an OLED screen with a larger screen than the original Switch. This allows it to provide more vivid and sharp images than the Switch previously could. It still manages to be the same size as the original console because the black frame or the slope around the screen is now only smaller.

So, are you looking forward to catching it? You have to be fast. Since they first came out live, the units have been grabbed in minutes. Here’s where you can check to see if it’s currently available.

How is Switch OLED different from previous models?

Nintendo Switch Old Model Back

There are several differences between Switch OLED and previous versions of the Switch. For starters, you need to know that this is the fourth version of the Nintendo Switch to be released so far. There was the original Switch, Switch V2, Switch Lite, and now Switch OLED. For detailed details that explain the differences, see our Nintendo Switch version guide

In short, the newer OLED Switch also has an updated docking station with a LAN port and a more rounded design. The Joy-Cons seem to be the same as on previous models, but the console itself now has twice the internal memory of 64GB, so you don’t need a microSD card as fast and expands the cradle that goes along the back of the Switch.

You can get it in a white Joy-Cons with a white dock, or you can get it with neon red and neon blue Joy-Cons with a black dock for $ 350.

Nintendo Switch Old Model Box Vs Original

If there’s one thing I’ve learned in the past two years, it’s that there are a lot of scammers, which makes it difficult to buy a rolled console. So how do you know if you are buying a new Nintendo Switch OLED?

Unlike when Switch V2 came out, the new Switch OLED has a very different packaging from the original to make it easier to spot. To make sure you have purchased an OLED, look for a box that displays the console vertically and shows the hand that pulls the Switch screen from the docking station. Below the console image should also be capital letters that read “OLED”.

The new Nintendo Switch OLED comes either in white Joy-Conss with a white base station or in neon red and neon blue Joy-Conss with a black base station. Nintendo has never released a white Switch before, so it’s good to bet it’s a new version if you see it.

Alone while it has rounded corners at the top, while the original docks are pointed. Another great gift is that new long stand that goes along the back of the console. Previous Switch consoles have only a weak flap that serves as a stand.
