The Xbox will soon become a more open platform Microsoft September Software Update. The console gets the latest version of Microsoft Edge, which means you can play Stadia games, chat on Discord servers, and access Steam.
Tthe latest version of Edge it’s easier to open websites or search for news or tips, and also unlocks the ability to use web versions of several gaming applicationss, including Google Stadium – if you don’t like Microsoft’s Xbox Cloud Gaming service. Accable for Verge, it seems to be for some reason Nvidia continues to block access to GeForce Now streaming games on the Edge, but for now, that seems to be more of an exception rather than a common occurrence.
Microsoft is too expanding support for Xbox Cloud Gaming to your computer via the Windows Xbox app for Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscribers in 22 countries. Now that PCs work with Xbox Cloud Gaming, anyone with an Android phone, newer Xbox or laptop / desktop has an easy way to play more than 100 different games without worrying about how powerful they are the device is. All you need is a high speed internet connection –Microsoft recommends speeds of at least 7Mbps and a 5GHz wifi or 5G mobile connection if you have one.
If you would rather download games already owning another device, Microsoft’s Remote Play now lets you serve games with the Xbox One or Xbox Series S / X on a nearby computer. That means if someone in your home is blocking the TV, you still have other options to play. The best part is that Remote Play works even over the internet, so you’re not limited to just your local network.
For Xbox Game Pass subscribers, Microsoft is adding a new Play Later list so you can more easily tag any interesting titles you see and come back to them later. And if you don’t have any games saved in the Play list later, Microsoft will recommend some new titles to try out.
The September an update is now available included Xbox One and Xbox Series S | X console.
