The Rousseau brothers brought the Black Panther and Spider-Man Marvel’s movie universe for the first time, killed them along with half the galaxyand then returned them to one of the most epic battles in the history of cinema. That trailer has it all, right? The whole history of comics is pretty, at least once Marvel and DC joined. But it looks like he’s going to get into all the biggest characters, greatest artists, greatest writers, merchandising, TV shows, rivalries, stories, i in the end our modern age superhero movies like Justice League i The Avengers. What The last dance was for the Chicago Bulls and The Beatles: Come back it was Fab Four, Slugfest it looks like it’s for comics.
Now, if you’re wondering what a documentary of this magnitude does on ton the Rock Channel, behind that is the story. This project was originally manufactured for Quibi, short-lived the platform “quick bites” which had an army of talents behind it thanks to huge printed checks. When Quibi folded, Slugfest found homeless, and now has it.
Directed by filmmakers Don Argott and Sheena M. Joyce and inspired by a book Slugfest: Inside the epic, 50-year battle between Marvel and DC by Reed Tucker, the document debuts on December 24th.
