Big changes seem to be coming soon. Chapter 2, which started back in time, will end with a one-time event in a game called The End at 4pm ET on December 4th.
“With Convergence over, The Cube Queen is preparing its finale for the Island and nothing will be the same again,” Epic Games. “Grab your weapons and fight the ultimate destroyer of the whole reality.”
The closing event of Chapter 1 is also called The End and That. Fortnite was offline a few days before Chapter 2. Among other updates, Epic also introduced a fresh user interface and new mechanics in Chapter 2. Given that the publisher says players will fight “The Cube Queen” in the last fight for the fate of the Island “and that seemingly nothing will be the same, it seems that in the near future there will be great changes in the royal battle.
If you have bars or fighting stars, take advantage of them before the end of the season, as they won’t be carried over to Chapter 3. Starting Nov. 30, character and exotic item services will be discounted during the Purchase Week. Fortnite will automatically redeem unused Battle Stars for the earliest available rewards. If you have the remaining tasks you want to complete, now may be the time to do so.
Teams of up to 16 players will be able to experience The End together. The playlist of events will open at 3:30 p.m., so it’s probably worth joining earlier to secure a seat. Meanwhile, since Epic ends the season a day earlier than planned, everyone who signs up Fortnite before it is completed they will receive a 225,000 XP bonus. Those who participate in the event will unlock a special screen for loading and rewinding.
