Apple Watch 7 Series users receive delivery notice ahead of Friday’s launch

The first few orders of the Apple Watch Series 7 began shipping to customers and will be delivered on Friday, October 15th. Customers who pre-ordered a wearable device with delivery on the day delivery begins began receiving delivery notifications.

It is known that Apple uses a two-stage delivery process for orders on the day of launch. First, the products are handed over to the shipping partners with clear instructions not to deliver the items by the scheduled date. This allows transport partners to transport packages to last-mile distribution centers sooner, increasing the chances of timely delivery. In the second phase, the products are delivered to customers on the scheduled day – in this case, on Friday.

Pre-orders for the Apple Watch first opened on October 8th. This was the first time that Apple officially unveiled prices and product configuration options. You can check the prices in your country for the different options available in our post here. The 41 mm aluminum chassis model, GPS only, costs $ 399.

If you’ve beaten the chaos of pre-orders and secured your order with delivery on the start day, you should have taken note that your Apple Watch Series 7 will arrive on Friday. Those who order now will probably have to wait a while before their product arrives. If you prefer physical order instead, the Apple Watch Series 7 will also be available in retail outlets from Friday.
