A new report claims that Apple will not order the second season of the Joseph Gordon-Levitt series Mr. Corman.

According to Deadline, the show is moving despite “mostly sold-out reviews” because the show “didn’t attract a wide audience on the platform in the way that other comic series Apple TV + did last summer.”

The report says that Gordon-Levitt is still in the books at Apple, and that he is involved in new animated series for children Wolfboy and the factory of everything, which aired earlier this month on the platform.

As the report notes, despite the bandwidth of the platform compared to attackers like Netflix and Prime Video, Apple has restored all but one original screenplay series on TV +, and the only other victim is Little Voice.

A report earlier this month stated that Apple’s TV + service has about 40 million subscribers, half of whom are paying users. The company reportedly plans to spend $ 500 million on marketing by 2021. TV + is available on devices like Appleā€™s best iPhones, including the new iPhone 13, iPad, Mac and the best TVs for Apple TV 2021.
