The company said its new headphones have an in-app equalizer and hybrid dual drivers – two things you’d expect in more expensive products – with a balanced armature to deliver rich, broadband sound without downtime.

The headphones lack Active Noise Canceling (ANC), but this may not be an obvious omission if the fit and sound quality are solid.

Tronsmart Onyx Prime: Intended for audiophiles

Tronsmart said that the advanced balanced armature, combined with the dynamic high-voltage driver, makes the Onyx Prime a product for audiophiles, with “incomparable acoustic tuning”.

Tronsmart headphones have a dynamic driver paired with a tuned and balanced armature driver, which helps deliver detailed high-end sound with an expansive frequency range (10Hz-25kHz), the company said. “Natural, resonant bass and midrange are integrated with clear melodic treble through fine tuning and a flawless crossover,” it adds.

Real wireless mirroring technology

With true wireless imaging technology, a seamless swap is possible between headphones connected to a smartphone and headphones that reflect a connection for faster transfer and seamlessly streaming music with jam-free sound, Tronsmart said.

The Qualcomm chip used in the headphones provides high-resolution sound with acoustic tuning, integrated with ultra-low latency gaming mode. This allows you to play quality sound for music or playing games.

The equalizer in the app allows you to customize eight audio profiles and customized touch controls to personalize audio playback.

Compact, quick-fill case

The ultra-compact quick-charge bag is pocket-sized, making it a practical travel companion. The case provides a maximum total playing time of 40 hours, the company said. One headphone charge allows up to 7 hours of music playback.
