Black Friday for Echo and Fire TVs has already begun – Amazon has knocked down the prices of many of its Echo devices today. Most sales prices are the same as we saw during Amazon Prime Day in June, or even better. Significant discounts are the Echo for $ 60 and the second generation Echo Show 5 for $ 45. Although the latest Echo Show 8 is not yet on sale, the first-generation device bundled with the Blink Mini security camera has also been lowered to $ 80, which has lowered it to $ 65.

You probably already know what the deal is with Echo devices, but here we will summarize. The Echo and Echo Dot are large and small versions of Amazon’s smart speaker. The Echo is actually one of our favorites thanks to its solid sound quality, even better sound in stereo mode and attractive design.

Those who have less room to play should consider Echo Show 5, especially now that almost half is off. The latest version of the small smart screen has a slightly better camera for video calls, but is otherwise the same as last year’s model. The five-inch screen is just the right size for a smart alarm clock next to the bed, and we liked its surprisingly good sound quality, physical camera shutter and sunrise alarm function. Echo Show 8 is a good alternative if you want a slightly larger screen, which will make it better in the kitchen, living room or entrance area. The package currently on sale that includes the Blink Mini camera is a solid offering, especially since you can ask Alex to show you the camera’s video feed directly on the Show 8 screen.

Several other Echo devices are on sale, including Echo Buds and Echo Frames. The first of us got a rating of 80 due to improved sound quality, good ANC and smaller size. Wireless charging is optional, but thankfully both models are discounted and both cost less than $ 100. Echo Frames are Amazon’s version of smart glasses, and we gave them a 76 rating for their lightweight design, hands-free Alexa approach, and compatibility with prescription lenses.

In addition to all the Echo discounts, most Fire TVs are also cheaper than usual. Many of them have gone on sale since last weekend, but they are worth another mention. The new Fire TV Stick 4K Max, which supports WiFi 6 and live image display, is cheaper at $ 35, while the Fire TV Stick Lite and Fire TV Stick are on sale for $ 18 and $ 20, respectively.

Amazon’s most powerful streaming device has also been downgraded – the Fire TV Cube has been lowered to a record low of $ 80, a device you can get if you want to stream 4K, Dolby Vision and HDR content and want hands-free TV control with Alexa. And if you’re in the market for a wireless DVR, Fire TV Recast is currently down $ 100, lowering it to $ 130.
